PHOTOS: Oxford residents — and pets! — enjoy the snow
Oxford started 2025 with one of the biggest snowstorms in years. We asked you all for your photos of the snow, and you delivered!
Winter Storm Blair, named by the Weather Channel, dumped piles of snow onto southwest Ohio communities including Oxford on Sunday and Monday.
The National Weather Service in Wilmington created a map of snowfall totals in the region. The map did not include totals in Oxford but showed 9.5 inches in College Corner and 8.5 inches in Hamilton. The snow led many local businesses in Oxford to close Monday, and the Talawanda School District canceled classes Monday and Tuesday due to road conditions.
Just because business and school ground to a halt didn’t mean Oxford residents slowed down. We asked you for your pictures of the winter weather and got more than 200 submissions — featuring dozens of dogs, of course. Enjoy just some of the photos we got below!
