The Oxford Township Board of Trustees approved agreements to distribute $150,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funding and finalized a request for quotes to improve the Township Building.

The Oxford Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Aug. 29. The Trustees approved the form of agreements that will govern the relationships between the Township and Oxford Seniors and Talawanda Oxford Pantry & Social Services for distribution of $150,000 of ARPA funds. This money was given to the Township by the Butler County Commissioners.

The Trustees also agreed on the details of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to be issued for making improvements to the exterior of the Township Building at 925 S. Main St.. Contractors can view the RFQ on the Township website.

The next regular meeting of the Oxford Township Trustees will be at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 9 at Township Hall.  Virtual attendance is possible.
